Purchased August 2011 stopped working March 2012! NOT impressed with support, turnaround time is 20 business days. It's been a week and I haven't even talked to anyone live yet! PROS - yes, engineer in a box. Taught me what I am supposed to sound like - now I don't really need it! I can EQ myself without it!CONS - RELIABILITY, CUSTOMER SUPPORT, LEAD TIME!In Summary: Find a friend that knows sound and have them teach you proper EQ and live sound. You can save yourself money and frustration if you just take the time to learn.
