For anyone that is looking for a DJ setup this is one to choose! For the money and the way this thing is built you cannot pass out on this machine! I'm going for my third system only because I sold my last systems with intentions to purchase the Rane 62 and some Technics. I then realized Going that route would cost me over $3000 just for the mixer and platters. Not including needles and what not. I've made my decision and I'm going back with the NS7. WHY?! Here are a few pointers I will point out. When I'm at a gig and I'm on stage. Usually I'm pounding out LOUD MUSIC. With needles you get distortion, I'm usually jumping up and down to hype up the crowd and bouncing needles are not supposed to jump around too! Why? Because your music will cut off! With the Ns7 you will not get any type of cut out, when your scratching the ns7 is very very touchy, there isnt any lag! Your movement with your hands is what tweeks out in the speakers! The effects bar is insane! ECHO is what I use most! With the front inputs I can have a singer come up and I can add echo or whatever effect I want to help to singer sound awesome! The Rca's inputs help with people who want to play a song off their phone if I dont have that one particular song they want played. I've spoken with top Dj's and they say why arent you spinning with the rane 62 or whatever, I said because everything is built into one piece and I can do just as much as you guys can, if not. MORE! If you are a just getting into Mixing music this is what you want to start with and if not that itll be your only purchase of a midi controller. The sound out of this thing is amazing! Although I accidently rated it 4.5 its supposed to be 5 stars! Inputs outputs are very helpful! The xlr outputs can go right into amps and bam your in session!
