I love this bass and don't plan on buying another bass for a long time. I just love playing it. It fits me perfectly and pushes me to play better and learn new things to try on it. Its inspiring. I supplemented the bass the moment I took it from the box by replacing the stap buttons with schaller strap locks and new DR strings. I own two Rickenbackers 4003's, a Squier Vintage Modified 77 Jazz bass and a Hofner HCT500/1 violin bass, and I immediately go to the Sting P. Its my main bass. I love my other basses, but this one is definitely my go to bass, and if anything happened to it I'd be devastated. I don't think it could be replaced since each instrument no matter how its made, has its own voice. I don't know what I would do. I absolutely love this bass.
